When the whole scene seemed overwhelming Darrell just kept plugging away...one toilet at a time, one leaky faucet at a time, one commercial kitchen at a time, one children's center at a time. We didn't get an operators manual when we bought this 20,000 sq foot 1941 school building. Darrell mapped our systems, and got us all dialed in and operational.
